The task
A medium-sized engineering company wishes to optimise its internal production and logistics processes.

The logistics
TST closely analyses the processes from goods receipt to goods issue. Where does production not run so smoothly? Where are time and money wasted in production supply? An industrial logistics concept is developed in which TST takes over all warehousing and depot services. Capital equipment and semi-finished goods are delivered sequentially to storage areas in the vicinity of production or directly to the production line. Transport between the individual production stages is carried out by means of a so-called "milk run", a rotary system that supplies production resources according to need.

The engineering company significantly increases its productivity thanks to a sophisticated internal industrial logistics concept.
